Return and Refund Policy

We at Fairyjewel aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and exclusivity in our designer earrings and fashion jewellery collection.

Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene and safety, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or wrong item delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products – Customers must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/unboxing video).

Replacement or Store Credit – Eligible claims will be resolved through product replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit for future purchases.

Refund Policy – Refunds to the original payment method may only be issued in exceptional circumstances after review.

Non-Eligible Returns – Variations in color, size, or finish due to screen settings or courier delays are not considered valid reasons for return/refund.

Final Authority – All refund/return claims are subject to Fairyjewel’s approval, and the company’s decision will be final.
